We have always enjoyed rave reviews for the cleanliness of our home. For the health, safety, and comfort for our guests, our cleaners will be cleaning and sanitizing our home following the guidelines outlined by the CDC.
Well maintained condominium in small, exclusive beach community. This is the perfect place whether you're with family, friends or seeking a romantic getaway. Our first floor home sleeps seven with a large king bedroom and en suite bath, and two additional bedrooms and guest bath. It is spacious and clean. There are mattress covers, blankets, quilts and pillows on each bed. You must bring your own sheets and towels or secure them through linen rentals.
The kitchen was completely renovated and upgraded in the late spring of 2021. All new cupboards, counter tops, stainless steel appliances and flooring. A new HVAC was installed in late winter 2020. All rooms have AC and heat vents. With only one unit next door and windows on three sides you can enjoy privacy and summer breezes wafting through if you prefer not to use the central air.
Be sure to explore the beach which offers fantastic swimming at high tide and gorgeous sandy beach flats at low tide allowing you to walk approximately one mile and explore tidal pools and sand bars.
Tennis courts, a pool, and a hot tub are on the premises. The grounds also have a deck overlooking the beach, ideal for watching the sunset and a small library where you can hear the surf as you sit and read.
Our rental period is Sunday to Sunday.

Summary: This was our third summer staying at the property and it was as fantastic as ever. The condo is beautiful, clean and well-appointed. It is conveniently located between the beach (which is never crowded!) and the pool. The sunsets are unmatched and the low tide is amazing for little kids. Our trip there is always the highlight of our summer and we would love to stay again!

Summary: Beautiful clean home that is centrally located to both the pool and the beach, just minutes away. Modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large bedroom with plenty of closet space and storage. Was able to fit a porta-crib in the room with 2 beds no problem. Plenty of seating for dining indoors and out. Great dining table for our family game nights. Hosts were very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: My wife, toddler and I spent a wonderful week at Pat’s home around July 4th. Spacious, well-located and well-equipped. We enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful, private beach as well as the nicely maintained pool. Pat was responsive, a great communicator and a wonderful host. Would love to stay again!

Summary: On our return visit we were so pleased to find everything we enjoyed previously, the clean,comfortable,well equipped property in a quiet community. There was also the convenience of everything being on one level. The scenic short walk to a private Cape Cod Bay beach is so appealing. Add to all this that communicating with the Brewers is so easy and friendly. The location in Brewster, our favorite Cape location , is also such a positive feature, with excellent restaurants nearby,as well as the Cape Rail Trail for biking , other beaches and ponds and good proximity to other favorite towns such as Dennis and Chatham. We highly recommend staying at the Brewers

Summary: Third year back and won’t be our last! This condo is perfect for our family and right in the heart of our happiest Brewster vacation memories. The condo is spacious, super-clean, and well-appointed. It’s also an excellent bonus to have access to the pool facilities and private beach!

Summary: This property is absolutely amazing! The complex is very quiet but yet walkable to things to do in Brewster like the general store and Brewster scoop. Only a few minute walk to both the pool and beach which were both well maintained and not overly busy given the time of year. The beach and the nightly sunsets are stunning! We are already trying to figure out how and when we can come back next year. Thank you Pat and Phil that is an awesome spot - 5 stars all the way!!!

Summary: This was the second year we’ve stayed at the property and it is simply wonderful! The home is beautiful and as a family with young children the location is perfect with easy access to the beach, pool, and surrounding Brewster restaurants.
